Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier underwriting requirements.
Conduct renewal reviews and quote/remarket policies as needed.

Deliver timely binders and invoices upon binding coverage.
Review new policies for accuracy.
Follow up promptly and professionally with clients, carriers, producers, and team members.
Maintain and prioritize workload effectively.
Conduct weekly sales meetings with producers and team members.
Document activities thoroughly in the Agency Management System (Applied Epic).
