Debbie Myers is currently Managing Director and joined Newmark Associates CRE in 1999 after 5 years of heading up National Sales with multi-million-dollar volume for Group B Clothing, a California-based women’s clothing manufacturer, where she was Vice President at their New York office. Previous to that, she was in sales for several clothing manufacturers in New York City’s Garment District after working as a sportswear Buyer for Macy’s in Atlanta, Georgia.

Well able to critically identify market opportunities, and understand and creatively structure the economics of business transactions, Ms. Myers brings finesse in strategic planning, marketing and negotiation skills to her role as Broker-Associate and Managing Director at Newmark Associates.

Demonstrating a talent for merging varied business interests towards the desired goal, she offers Buyer/Seller agency, Tenant/Landlord representation, valuation and consulting services for land assemblage, office, retail and industrial sales and leasing transactions primarily in the Northern New Jersey market, especially in Essex, Morris and Union counties.

Ms. Myers hails from the South where she graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and a minor degree in Marketing. She has been an active member of Temple B’Nai Abraham for many years, having been the past President of Sisterhood as well as Co-Chair for Fundraising there. She has long volunteered for community service efforts such as the Soup Kitchen, Habitat for Humanity, and the Community Food Bank.

A fitness enthusiast, she enjoys biking, walking and cardio workouts as well as domestic and international travel. A former resident of Essex County where she lived for 25 years, she currently resides with her husband and two daughters in Morris County.
