Personal Lines Account Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all account transactions, including quoting, applications, ID cards, endorsements, proposals, coverage summaries, certificates, and binders for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier underwriting requirements.
  • Conduct renewal reviews and quote/remarket policies as needed.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, companies, and producers.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and suggest coverage upgrades.
  • Document all activities in the agency management system, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
  • Adhere to agency billing, premium collection, and underwriting guidelines. Obtain client sign-off for declined recommended coverages.
