Personal Lines Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage all account transactions, including quoting, applications, ID cards, endorsements, proposals, coverage summaries, certificates, and binders for assigned accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier underwriting requirements.
- Conduct renewal reviews and quote/remarket policies as needed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, companies, and producers.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and suggest coverage upgrades.
- Document all activities in the agency management system, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
- Adhere to agency billing, premium collection, and underwriting guidelines. Obtain client sign-off for declined recommended coverages.
Commercial Lines Account Executive

- Underwrite and prepare high-quality proposals using online rating systems.
- Review and analyze quotations received from carriers.
- Serve as a liaison with carriers to stay updated on market trends, appetite, and rating data.
- Prepare professional, comprehensive, and accurate proposals for client presentations.
- Deliver timely binders and invoices upon binding coverage.
- Review new policies for accuracy.
- Follow up promptly and professionally with clients, carriers, producers, and team members.
- Maintain and prioritize workload effectively.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings with producers and team members.
- Document activities thoroughly in the Agency Management System (Applied Epic).
